AFFIRMATIONS
MEDITATIVE AFFIRMATIONS.

Affirmations are often referred to, as maxims or positive statements, which when repeated, can be used to bring about positive changes in our lives. It is as a result of this, that affirmations can be said to be a means of getting us, where we need to be. In so doing,
affirmations act as or become a vehicle by which we can begin to realise our hopes, dreams and desires. Affirmations when used in the right way, can be quite powerful.

As the words imply, meditative affirmations are affirmations which are meditative in their essence. As with any meditation, one of the main benefits of a meditative affirmation, is its ability induce of a sense of peace and calm.
